矿井提升机钢丝绳电磁检测信号杂波的研究

Study on the clutter of the electromagnetic detection signal of steel wire rope in mine hoist

摘要: 为了进一步了解钢丝绳在无损检测过程中存在的杂波干扰现象,以提高检测的精度和可靠性,开展了电磁检测技术研究。结合无损探伤仪检测钢丝绳的工作过程及原理,从绳的结构及所在工况等角度,提出了使电磁检测信号出现杂波的因素,并利用Ansys仿真分析了无损探伤仪对钢丝绳进行励磁时,在钢丝绳表面产生的漏磁场特性,以进一步验证。研究结果表明:钢丝绳螺旋状结构产生的交错气隙、探伤仪口径与被检测钢丝绳之间存在的直径差及钢丝绳运行过程中存在的振动等,是钢丝绳被检测信号中存在杂波的重要因素,并且还可能对钢丝绳的电磁检测信号产生较大的影响,造成检测信号误判。

Abstract: In order to further understand the stray interference phenomenon of the steel wire rope in nondestructive testing, the electromagnetic detection technology was studied in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the test.In combination with the working process and principle of wire rope nondestructive flaw detector to detect from the aspects of rope's structure and the working condition, the factors of the clutter of the electromagnetic detection signal are presented,and by using Ansys simulation to analyze the leakage magnetic properties of the wire rope when the non-destructive flaw detector was used to excite the steel wire rope for further verification.Research results show that:The interleaved air gap produced by the spiral structure of the wire rope,The diameter difference between the non-destructive flaw detector and the measured wire rope and the vibration during the operation of wire rope which is the important factor that the wire rope is detected in the signal,and it may have a great influence on the electromagnetic detection signal of wire rope even causes a misjudgment of the detection signal.
